One of the most significant is the requirement that owners and/or project managers obtain approval prior to commencing any site preparation, lot clearing, excavation work, landscaping, construction, improvement, alteration, or remodeling on property at the Resort. This approval process is administered by Snowshoe’s Architectural Review Committee (“ARC”), which is made up of up to seven members selected by the president of Snowshoe Mountain Inc.
